CPGE Hospitality was founded under the vision of Mr. Prabhat Dey Sawyan, beginning with the establishment of Hotel Centre Point, a landmark that has shaped Shillong's hospitality landscape for decades. What started as a single hotel has since evolved into one of North East India's leading hospitality groups.

Today, under the leadership of Mr. and Mrs. Prabhat Dey Sawyan and their eldest son, Larsing LD Sawyan, Managing Director of the group, CPGE Hospitality continues to expand its ever-growing portfolio across hotels, award-winning restaurants, immersive hospitality experiences, and now fine artisanal beverages through Slasha.
